2.0.36 issues

Loaded it up and got a few new issues with the characters loaded:

(1) Nighthawk gives an Invalid Mod error: Range based on Str not legal on KA-HTH. Ranged Based on Str not valid on power w/ranged adv, use ranged adv instead. RBOS will be removed from KA-HTH. This may not be a bug so much as the 'right' way the power should have been built.

(2) Invalid Modifier: Reduced END on Naked Modifier. Obsidian Character gave this error for reduced end cost on his 6o Str. Is this also a bad way to build this power? How do you buy red end on str properly then?

(3) Invalid Modifier on Sentinel. Here the Naked Modifier is the Affects Desolid advantage for Str. Probably related to (2) and the same questions apply.

1. The error message is correct. The Ranged Advantage now has various options to reflect "Range Based on STR" and others. This is the "official" way to build those types of powers now....and it does have an effect on the Active/Real cost of the power.

2. Fixed, though if you want a better way to do it, buy STR as a Power, check off "Apply Modifiers to Base Characteristic" and then apply 0-END to it...that will apply 0-END to your STR Characteristic.

3. Fixed, though the same method mentioned in (2) would likely be more appropriate.
