Is there a reason why Joint Lock is not in the maneuvers page (pg 7) of the HSMA guide (and by default in Hero Designer)? It seems to be used in Angampora, Arte Dell'abbracciare, Bandesh, Baritsu, etc. as a common enough maneuver.
