I have a character with shape shift which, when saved, does not reload with adders selected. I had selected all adders, and have the power inside of an EC.

This problem occurs in both EC & MP, but
a standalone power reloads ok.

Please post the character.
There is no change in the load process between Shapeshifting placed in an EC (or other Framework) and one bought on its own.....If you post the character, I can look at the structure of the power and see what's going on.

Here's a character that exhibits that symptom.
All I did was create a new character, add a shape shift power with several adders, save, and close it. It reopened just fine.
I then added an elemental control and moved the shapeshift into it and saved and closed again. Upon reopening the character, all adders are gone from shapeshift.
A look at the file in a text editor shows the adders still in place.
