As for the rules, you can buy a VPP able to change slots through an associate Power Skill Roll in a Full Phase for no cost increase (-0 limitation, I suppose).
I was wondering, if I were to need more than one Power Skill, each one for different aspects of the same special effect (for examples: magic VPP with a number of Power Skill, each for every magic school or philosophy), would I be entitled to a greater limitation on the control cost? And if so, what amount of limitation?

The need to make a Power roll and take a Full Phase to change the slots in a VPP isn’t a Limitation — it’s the defined, default, way that all VPPs work, per 6E1 411. Making them easier to use thus becomes an Advantage, and harder to use a Limitation.

With the GM’s permission a character could define multiple types of Power Skill that work with a VPP, typically because the VPP can be used in various ways. For example, in a Fantasy Hero campaign where all wizards have VPPs for their spells, a wizard might have to use Power: Fire Magic to cast a fire spell, Power: Witchcraft to cast a witchcraft spell, and so on. However, the character isn’t entitled to apply a Limitation to the VPP in this case, unless the GM believes that requiring specific multiple Power Skills in this fashion is somehow more restrictive than the default method given the nature of the campaign and the ability(ies) involved.
