Howler's costume

Her costume makes me think of the Scarlet witch from Marvel. Isn't that her costume?:D

Actually, take the cape away and change the color to navy blue and you have Warbird/Ms. Marvel. Change it to yellow and you've got the costume of an X-Men foe named Strobe. Change the shape of the boots and you've got Psylocke (blue) or the one Elektra wore for a bit (red).

Wanda's costume doesn't have a neckline if I recall.
