IDHMBIFOM, what is the advantage (cost/time) to make a Drain heal slower?

And what is the heal rate on drain?

Drain returns at the rate of 5 AP/Turn. The rate can be slowed for the cost of +1/4 per step down the Time Chart. (+1/4 for 5/Minute, +1/2 for 5/5 Minutes, etc.)

You don't take your book with you wherever you go?! How can you call yourself a HERO-obsessed geek?

Still, designing a character without FREd close to hand is like scuba-diving without oxygen tanks. ;)

It's usually not a problem as I carry Hero Designer (buy it today!) with me on Disc so I can work on characters whenever I like... the book is a bit obvious.

Really? When I've had mine with me at the library, most casual observers though it was a school textbook. One person even asked if I was studying for an Algebra final or something.:rolleyes:
