Ambidexterity - It quick adds with the -2 penalty shouldn't it stop and ask?
Danger Sense - Adding a second instance and picking Area Affected caused a lot of resource use. Buying it a third time however had no adverse affects.
Environmental Movement - Might be good to add an environment box to ensure proper formatting with colon and spaces.
Universal Translator - Since it is mentioned both in FREd and the WG perhaps a limitation box could be added to make it easier to limit?

1. If you don't want that level, then either open it up and edit it, or turn off the "quick select" feature (under app prefs).

2. I do not show that behavior.

3. There's already one there....with the beginning text filled in ("no penalties on").

4. I'm not sure what you're talking about here....UT can be modifier just like anything else. Just open it up for edit and assign whatever Modifiers you want.
