reducing negation and martial arts

If you have damage negation physical and someone attacks you with martial art, I understand the negation affects all attacks. But you can reduce the amount of negation in your attack buy buying reduced negation. For martial arts, do you buy this per maneuver as a naked advantage or on your strength for all maneuvers, or am I missing something here?

Characters may buy the Reduced Negation Adder (6E1 144) for Martial Maneuvers. They must buy the Adder separately for each Maneuver; they cannot buy it once for “all of my Martial Arts Maneuvers.”
