The description of the manouver says "...to attack at the end of a Full Move by running right into his opponent".
But also says that "If the attacker misses his target, he'll keep traveling in a straight line through the hex the target was standing in if he has any remaining inches of movement in his Full Move".

I don't understand: if I must perform a Move Through at the end of the Full Move, how is it possible that I have some inches of movement too? At which point I must launch the attack? I have to finish my inches of movement or not?

Technically I s'pose it should say "at any point during his Full Move, up to his full inches of movement," or some such thing. As noted in the text, a character can make a Move Through after traveling as little as 1". Obviously he'll only keep moving past a target when he misses if he has inches left in his movement.

That being said, ordinarily characters do make Full Moves when performing Move Throughs, and GMs should generally assume they are unless the player indicates otherwise and has a good reason for not doing so.
