Okay, no book handy, I'm not up on my mental powers, and I need an answer sooner rather than later.
Assuming there's no house rule countering this, it's my belief that all mental powers are "visible", meaning they can be detected by one of the senses (not necessarily sight, but there's some way to detect their use).
Is this not the case? Are mental powers invisible? Only some of them?
