With regard to the Phase required to recover from being Stunned, the rules say, "He regains his full DCV (and placed shot modifiers return to normal), but he still cannot act until his next Phase; recovering from being Stunned is all he can do that phase," but the chart that shows DCV modifiers lists 1/2 DCV and 1/2 targetting penalties for both, "Stunned," and "Recovering from Being Stunned." What is the difference between these two conditions, and when does the character truely recover full DCV?
For example, if my character has Phases in 3, 6, 9, and 12, and he is stunned in Segment 5, he must use his Phase in 6 to recover. Does he return to full DCV when he recovers in 6 (so he has full DCV if someone attacks him in 7), or when he gets his next real Phase in 9 (in which case he is 1/2 DCV while still "recovering" in 7)?
