Duplication

Now, duplication description states that characther A can duplicate in charachter B, then A ios the original and B is the copy; and A pay for duplication, while B not.

So if A is built on a 250point basis, A pay 50 points to copy in B; A has 200 points left; while B has 250!
so A and B are not equal! (and power description states that A and B must be absolutely equals!)

so wher is the point? can i build B on a 210 points (and pay only 42 points for power)?
or i must buy an advantage (or disadvantage)?
