Ok. Aside from just giving someone Combat Driving, how would you build Car Fu (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/CarFu)?

The simplest way would be Aid to Vehicle Powers and Characteristics(say 2-4d6 with the +4 Advantages) with the Requires Skill Roll.

Build it as a martial art, along the lines of a Weapon Form.
