I know I may disagree with you guys on things (espesialy Steve it seems at times), but I want you to know that what you guys have done is wonderful. 5th edition sits at my side, I have a bookcase of good to great herobooks, that have come out in the last two years, the chats, the FAQ's, the rules boards, you guys do a great job, and I know I don't say it often enough.

I don't always agree with every decision made by DoJ leadership, but it is hard to argue with results. DoJ has done an exceptional job putting out good quality material WHEN THEY SAY IT WILL BE OUT (and letting the customers know when there is going to be a delay).

Obviously I have no idea how financially successful the results have been, but I believe that DoJ engenders such support and respect from their customers, that they are building a strong base of long term customers going forward.

To compare Hero to some other game companies (including game companies that many of us really like... like... GoO for example) demonstrates how positive it is to have a company that treats its customers with respect, is up front and honest with them, and keeps to their schedule (or tells us when they are not going to be able to).
