Hey all,

I and my family spent three great days at Dragonflight up here in Seattle. Lots of solid gaming. However, I noticed a serious lack of Hero Game presence. Knowing that it isn't possible for Steve and the rest to make it up here for such a small con I figured it'd be a good way to give back to the community and them for such a great system.

So my plan is to run several different Hero Games next year. I know its a long ways off, but i wanted to put up here the intention so people were aware that Hero is growing in other places. :) And those Pathfinder and DnD players get exposed to other RPGs. :)

Dave, there is a person named Roland that has been trying to establish the Legacy of Champions (organized Champions play). I don't have his email handy, but perhaps he might see this post and get in contact with you or other interested parties.

The Blue Dragons events at Dragonflight have rarely been the same system twice ... this year it was 7th Sea. We are still using 5eR for our Hero campaigns, though.

I attended this year and last, and you are right there has not been any Hero representation. I enjoyed the two games I played this year, especially something called Fiasco, but I wouldn't mind seeing a Champions game next year. I have toyed with the idea of running one off and on, but I've never been able to set aside enough time for the prep work.

Good Luck. I'll be on the lookout.

Anyone who is looking for something rules light that can be played in a couple of hours with no prep should take a look at Fiasco. I bought some copies for Christmas gifts this year. That's how much I liked it.
