Not sure where to post this: I am getting a "Forbidden" error message

When I tried to post in someone's profile, I was twice given a page that says "Forbidden" and "You don't have permission to post on...".

Likewise, this happened earlier, but when I tried to Quote someone's post in order to reply to them. I ended up just posting my response without the quote.

Could this be an issue on my end, or on the Forums' server end?

EDIT: When first trying to post this thread, I got the following message ->

403 Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forums/newthread.php on this server."

You and pretty much everyone else last night. I was beginning to think I'd been banned or something...
