1 last question. Is the transform power automatically an (Anything) level, or how do i go about buying it in the new designer. In the Character creator u had to purchase the advantages (Major) and (Anything) if u wanted to be able to change anything into anything else, is that taken care of by purchasing the (Major) advantage now ?
