Ok.... so what costs end now and what doesn't.
HD wont let me put teleportation in a multi-power that i bought 0 END (the reserve) it keeps saying Teleportation does not cost end. Even when i have everything set to ignore.
so when did teleport change to no end and why is it letting me put HTH attack in when some on on the board said it doesn't cost end, might have been HKA but in either case the book says all of them cost end.
this seems to only be hapenning on the vehicle
i had these same powers on a char. im transfering all the powers via cut paste changeing them from a bow to a suit of powerd armor (vehicle)
