HDv2 On The Road

I am about to go on a week long business trip. I'll probably have quite a bit of free time, my laptop and no internet access. If it wern't for that last bit, it would be a excellent chance to get a lot of campaign background work done (NPC design, etc.) Is there anyway for Hero Designer v2 to work without an internet connection?

Start the program where you have an internet connection. Don't quit the application, just put you laptop to sleep, standby or hibernation. As long as the program is running it is fine. It only does it's check while it is starting up.
