1.20 - Stupid question/problem

Okay, I downlod the "update.jar" to my Hero Designer directory ( D:\Hero Designer\ in this case). I then restart the program and check the version number.and it still shows 1.00. I made sure that I had closed Hero Designer before starting the download. So what am I doing wrong, or simply not understanding?

PS: I want to thank you Dan for creating such a great product! I can't wait till Java 1.41 comes out for OS X. I so want to install this on my Powerbook. As soon as it becomes available I will be ordering the OS X version as well.

Sigh, never mind I figured out what I was doing wrong. I thought that I had uninstalled the old pre 1.0 version. I was downloading the file to the wrong directory. Sigh. Please let the mocking begin!! :-)

The sad thing is I do Tech Support for this giant company, and every day I tell someone to check the obvious. Is it plugged in? Did you try actually turning it on? Is the yellow/blue/green/gray (network cable) plugged in? Have you maybe turned the monitor on? Sigh, sometimes I'm such a USER (worst 4 letter word in all of geekdom).
