How do I change order of limitations and advantages within a power description?

How do I change order of limitations and advantages within a power description? I see how to rearange the order of powers using arows, but I can't seem to figure out how to somthing like that for adv and lims...

The big dumb way of doing it would be to edit the output once HD is done. I export to HTML, then edit the page itself for final tweaks. I can't say if there's a way to do it in the prog itself.

There isn't a way at this point. They are ordered by value currently.
