Extra Time Question

Hi there. A quick question here.

I have 2 powers, Power A and Power B. Power B is linked to Power A. Power A takes an extra turn to activate. Power B activates 1 phase after Power A activates. What is the value for Power B's Extra Time limitation? Is it -1/2 (for 1 phase) or -1 (for 1 turn + 1 phase)?

Power A takes Extra Time (1 Turn; -1 1/4). Power B takes Extra Time (1 Turn + 1 Phase; -1 1/4). IOW, they both take the same value. Until you reach the next step down the Extra Time Chart — 1 Minute — you stick with the lower value of -1 1/4 for 1 Turn.
