Printing Problems - DH 2

I tried to print out DH 2, but I can't get pages 1, 8-12, and 46-59 to come out legibly. Most of the text is little boxes instead of words. I seem to remember Acrobat doing this once when I didn't have a required font, but I haven't had any trouble with other issues of DH. Can anyone help me out?

Acrobat does this to me if I shut the file before it's done printing out. If that's what's happening to you, the solution is easy -- keep the file open until it's finished printing (you'd think I'd learn to stop doing this!). :) You might also be having memory issues. Close all programs except Acrobat while it's printing and see if that helps. Good luck!
