To follow up on my previous question, let's take the example of the 5 spd character with +3 spd that costs end. Let's also assume that segments 2, 6, and 11 are the ones where he pays end.
1) Suppose the character gets con stunned on segment 2 before he gets to act, by someone with a higher dex. Does he get to recover from the con stun before or after the extra speed turns off?
2) Suppose the extra speed was powered by an end reserve, such as with a battlesuit. Could the character take a recovery on the extra phases in this case since he's not using personal end?
