We have a Champions game that is run out of the gameroom at my house. We meet every-other Saturday. Average age of our group is about 30-35, all male:(
Our youngest is 17, oldest is 43. We have a total of 8 players but due to family obligations and such we average a gatherinig of about 5 (including the GM) for each game. Nearest major cross-street to my place is SW 89th and Pennsylvania. We are always looking for more gamers.
We do not play Hero System exclusively but it is the game of choice. We also play/have played; D&D 2nd Ed, HackMaster, Shadowrun, and even done some d20 variants (D&D, WoT, Judge Dredd).
If you are interested send me an email, but make sure the subject is something game related (I get a lot of junk email).

I haven't bumped this in over a year.
We are still (always) seeking more players for our group. Our core is now five. We have a sixth player who tries to play but his work schedule sucks. Currently the game is Fantasy Hero, with a possibility of a heroic-level Dark Champions campaign in the future.

Have you traveled out East to New World Comics and games on Sunnylane in Dell City?
Tom and the gang have had lots of games in the past and Agent X, Eosin the Red and Champsguy are all OKC natives.

Eosin and I share GM duties for our group. Audie, another member of our group, is also familiar with the New World Comics group. Most of us come from the SW part of the City. Eosin and one other live in Norman. Nightstick (who posts here some) lives in Spencer, fortunately he works in SW Okc. Myself, Audie and one other live in far southwest Okc (west of Moore). We game at my house since I have a dedicated game of about 600 square feet. Sometimes we will attent a game at Game Headquarters (about 1/4 mile from my house). Aside from Eosin and Audie none of the rest of us really ever get out to Del City. Eosin and Myron drive up from Norman but the SW side of town is well placed for all the rest of us.
I think our main problem is that we are aging and it is hard to attract new blood into the group. Audie is 30-something and the youngest. I am 42 and Nightstick is even older than me. My fervent hope is to eventually find a retirement home with an active group of gamers. :o

Hey tell ole Audie "Hi from Jeremiah!"
I knew him in HS and shortly afterward before I left the state. He was one of my best friends.
Get him online and get him to PM me!

We've got a game going on in Midwest City but we're into four color Champions. We're a bunch of guys in our early to mid 30s except for this one teenager who sometimes plays. Problem with some of the youngsters is some aren't that dependable about showing up. Once in a great while, live once every two or three years, we'll game at New World which I have much greater love for than GHQ. Nothing wrong with GHQ but Tom and New World have great game history in the city.

I've known Ron (Game Headquarters' owner) since before he opened the shop. Of course Ron's not into RPGs much, but I'm into games other than RPGs (historical miniatures, boardgames, etc.). Another handicap I operate under is that my mom moved in when dad died a few years ago. I'm a bachelor and she is now near 80. She gets real frightened about being home alone after dark. That's why we mainly game at my house, and why I turned the upstairs room into a game room.

We have another player who lives in Jones so that ain't an issue. Send me an e-mail and we will talk about what is what and who is who ... I will be honest in that the group is already large (5 lifers, 1 Napalm who is new, & 2 part timers) but I am always interested in meeting and gaming with new folks.
I will also be running a Gameday at Game HQ on the 14th of May that is open (I will send you the specifics in my reply).

Hey Brian
Hope things are going well for you. I posted in one of your threads the other day and snickered wondering if you would catch my clue dropping.
You need to put the ever impressive Sunfire up on your site!

I'm doing great.
Sunfire was on the list for a redo, but since you ask I'll move him up to the very next one bumping Gambit.
Be careful of those on the website, I'm consistently seeing little bugs and modifying them. So if you go to use them, download the latest.
PS: Did you want the base Sunfire or the one with the enhancement 'armor'?
And you may want to look at http://www.uncannyxmen.net/db/spotlight/showquestion.asp?faq=10&fldAuto=102 if you haven't already for a good overview of your fav mutant's history

Well, as Eosin already knows, and may have communicated to you, I'm moving to Norman in... wow, less than a week now.
I love everything Champions from Dark Champions all the way up to full on superhero games. And I can't honestly complain too much about non-powered or low power games, because I tend to play skilled normals even when we do superhero campaigns! Alas.
Oh yeah, I'm thirty two, male, and a graduate student (and former network technician).

We game every other Saturday at my house. The next game is January 12th. Currently we are playing a version of Fringeworthy Hero (sort of a combination of Stargate SG-1 and Sliders). Next we may be moving to a Warhammer 40K Hero in which we will be playing Inquisitors that will sort of be a DC game set in the far future of the Warhammer 40K universe. I am hoping that late this spring or early summer my Weekend Warriors Dark Champions game will be restarting.
We are always looking for players. Right now there are about 4 or 5 of us (including the GM) for every game so we certainly have room. So who are you anyway?

wicked awesome - i'm workin' at FedEx right now - so I have to go to Courier School over the next three weeks - so I should be free after that...I'm seriously still interested in DC.
What's yer Weekend Warriors campaign? And can I bring back Inferno?

You can read all about the Weekend Warriors (http://www.herogames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40202) campaign by checking out this thread (http://www.herogames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40202).
But like I said it'll probably be at least three months before we get back to it. We may be starting up the WH40K Hero game and it wouldn't be fair to the GM of that game if we don't give a a bit of a run.
I am still trying to figure out who I am talking with though, Napalm please send me a Private Message and identify yourself. I am curious.

Our next game is January 12th at my house. At that game we will be discussing the possibility of a WH40K Hero game, it is not a done deal yet.
I have been acting as our sole GM for about 5 months now. Eosin has had a boned work schedule and hasn't been able to join us in a long time. I am needing a break, since I'd like to play some, and one of the players is up for GMing a 40K Hero game. If the rest of the group don't warm to the idea we may toss around other ideas to allow me to play for a while. After that cycle of games goes for a while (and while I am playing for a change) I will have time to work on the resurrection of my Dark Champions game.
