Right now, a 233 pound fat man. 3 pounds above the goal I set almost a year ago, when I started this blog. 62 pounds down from my all time high. 13 pounds above what I think of as my "Japan Weight", and 19 pounds above the weight I was the last time a fitness hobbyist paid me a sincere, unsolicited and non-back handed compliment on my physique.

GenCon has become a way of marking time's passage for me these days. Right after last year's convention, my wife and I moved from our old apartment into this townhouse. I started some projects. I buckled down and started this fat loss program.

It has been a pretty good year.

Right now, a 243 pound fat man. I just need to lose one more pound to get to one of my goals, the 242 pound weight class. 22 more pounds will take me to the 220 pound weight class, and to my Japan weight. At this rate, if I'm lucky, I may hit it in five months or a bit less.

Well, my Disney vacation is over. It went pretty well. Satin Kitty and I had a great time. We spent some good quality time with the nieces and nephews, and my brother and sister in law were charming as always.
