I've noticed a marked change in some of my perspective.

When I was involved with SETAC discussing rules and variations and costs and all that was really interesting. Possibly because there was a chance that the discussion would affect the Rules Themselves, as in what's printed in the book.

Once that's done though, and it's all printed. I find the exercise tedious. banal. annoying.

I take to heart the idea of Toolkitting. I firmly believe the most important ...

I rolled into San Fransisco Area early Friday, and went and hung out in the city with my cousins (pizza, museum and cupcakes) before heading out to San Ramon and the convention. Getting there an hour late due to my cell phone dying about two instructions from me finding the hotel. Meh. Should have charged it overnight in Reno when I crashed for the previous night.

Mechanical Builds are a lot of fun, and indeed much of the fun for many Hero Gamers. On the other hand, they can also be an immense pain in the backend when you're trying to set up a fully thought ...

    1976.

The United States Celebrates is bi-centennial. I was born. Punk Music b**ch slaps the music scene.

Not coincidence I assure you. Oddly enough, as punk music beat on the brat over in England, the US was celebrating a couple hundreds years of beating on England. The irony isn't lost on me. Assuming there's irony there... maybe the irony comes when you realize that the Ramones had to go to England to become famous to get famous over here.

    As things ...
