Started the Year off right, first thing this morning went to the gym, 25 minutes on the treadmill plus 5 minute cooldown. Can I get there tomorrow?
Four days in a row. Just treadmill today, 20 minutes with a five minute cooldown. Should also mention that I've been drinking green tea, two quarts every day this year. Well, sort of. Green tea is -- green tea. To call it bland and uninspired is a complement. So my blend is six bags of green tea and two bags of spiced tea, plus a cinnimon stick, seep in eight cups of water. Tried to hit the Life ...

I did the full twelve minutes on the tredmill, bumping the speed up by two tenths of a mph, and even stayed on for the three minute cooldown. That's 100% of my goal for today, with extra credit ...
