Rapier

So I went back for my follow up appointment today. Doc says a couple more days before I'm released to return to full duty. There is nothing at work that constitutes "light duty" so I'm back at home. I'm BORED!

My back still hurts and the bottom of my foot is still tingling.

I can't say I'm very impressed with the range of care. No X-Rays and no chiropractor or physical therapy. I understand this is an Occupational Health contractor but c'mon!
