I wanted to do the Lifecircuit today, and twelve minutes on the tredmill.
I did the whole life circuit. Yes, I would not normally recomend doing it two days in a row, but the resistance I was using was closer to range of motion exercises than to lifting weights.
I did the full twelve minutes on the tredmill, bumping the speed up by two tenths of a mph, and even stayed on for the three minute cooldown.
That's 100% of my goal for today, with extra credit for the extra three minutes.
Number Two Son can't go to the gym tomorrow.
