5 minute fit test on the treadmill, said my VO2max was 22.5 (ml/kg/min presumably), which it described as "very low." Again, I think of it as a place to start, earleir this century I was on bottled oxygen 24/7 and probably not pulling down numbers that good.

After the fit test did another 15 minutes on the treadmill, plus the three minute cooldown, a total of 23 minuts, which means I am finally getiting some aerobic benifit out of it.

Tried to hit the Life Circuit hard enough I'll feel it tomorrow. [Next day: Mission accomplished. Not so sore I don't want to move, but I do know I pushed myself.]
