Stepped on the scales this morning: 94.5 kg. Where I was before Xmas, but given my recent erratic exercising, that's pretty good. I'll see if I can get down closer to 90 kg by my birthday in mid-September. 90 would be good, but I'd be happy with 92.

Interesting - I just checked my initial post in the Weight Loss thread, I was 93.5 kg in May '06. Not much change in weight in 2 years, but I am sure my physique has changed. Anyway, the exercise plan for this week is: Monday night: Weights. Tuesday night: Basketball training Wednesday night: Not sure. Up to this point a scheduled 1pm weekly team meeting and my son's basketball training after work stopped me doing anything on Wednesdays, since I took him there, but the meeting has been shifted to Tuesday and my son might be playing for his school on Wednesday instead, which Mrs Mantis will take him to. So I might be able to do some weights on Wednesday as well. Thursday night: Weights, light cardio (at the end of my workout I get on the rower and see how far I can go in 5 minutes, currently about 1100m). Friday night: Weights. Saturday afternoon: basketball game. Sunday: nothing planned.
