The Rule of X; or why absolutes and HERO are not good buddies.

Now I actually think the above is a good thing btw, but working on Sister Indigo made me think about the rule of X, and how it can slam into the wall of "But it would be cool for the story!"
Sister Indigo has a power she can only use once a week. It purifies a target of all evil memories or inclinations, giving them a new chance. It's insanely powerful.
So since the V&V HERO world is mine, I can just handwave the following construct that would have probably had me slapping any player that put it on their sheet.
Purification Attack: Major Transform 6d6 (Removes all memories or Psychological Limitations relating to being evil, heals back by repeated applications of Psionic Surgery), Works Against EGO, Not BODY (+1/4), Based On EGO Combat Value (Mental Defense applies; +1) (202 Active Points); 1 Charge which Recovers every 1 Week (-2 1/2), OAF (-1), No Range (-1/2), Limited Target ([Limited]; Humans; -1/2), All Or Nothing (-1/2)
