City Center
This area is the city center which includes the main city government buildings: the city council, the mayor's, the main branch of the library, the main branch of the police, court houses, etc. The area is fairly well to do and safe and feature many places to wine, dine, and play.

The city government is run by a mayor and 12 city council members (City Center, Waterfront, Warehouse District, Tenderloin, Downtown, Stadium Center, Elysium, Little Asia, North Town, The Barrios, The Foundry, and Greenfield (the Ruins)). The mayor is elected by city wide vote and is not tied to a single district. Each district should contain about 100,000 people. The only exception to this is Greenfield which as of last census contains about 40,000 people. 4 seats are open every 2 years and a seat is held for 6 years.
