If you click on the "Digital Hero" link in the lefthand sidebar, you'll be taken to a page with contact information.
If you haven't done so already, it would be a good idea to first download the company's Writers Guidelines. You can find them by clicking on "Submissions" at the top of this page.
Thanks for the help.Originally posted by Lord Liaden

I've already downloaded the file, but thanks anyway.
I've also mailed the address, that you referer to for well over a month. I guess there's supposed to be some kind of waitning involved. I can hardly be the only person that have mailed to that address. How long does it usally take to get an answer?
Hmm, Dave hasn't taken that long to reply to me before.
One question, did you send a generic "I want to write for DH" e-mail or a "here's some article ideas I have" e-mail? The first really doesn't give an editor much to reply to, the second does.

The best way to reach me is at dave@ezhero.com. I apologize if I've overlooked any e-mails from anyone. I'd love to hear from you, Fredrik.

You don't need to apologize. I guess I did write a too generic mail.
I'm quite new to this contacting editor thing. My day job is consultant engineering, and when you initiate new contacts in that business you start off quite generic and specify depending on the reaction from the client. I guess I did the same thing here out of habit.
Usual thing in the writing game when dealing with publications is a query letter.
The query should be short (no more then 1 page) and should describe the article you'd like to write and your writing background.
The editor will look at the article idea to see if it fits with their publishing needs. They will look at your writing background in order to try to gain some confidence in your ability to produce said article. Depending on confidence level and need they may ask you to submit a writing sample or even a draft of the article, but let them tell you what they want.
Now books are different. if you're a new author there what you typically submit is a story outline and the first 2 chapters already completed.
Good luck! And its a good thing you have a day job because writing generally pays crudOTOH if you are writing in the industry then you can write off a lot of your gaming supplies, conferences, etc as business expenses. (Just don't write off more then you make more then 3 years out of any 5 or the government will
declare it a hobby and the ability to write-off mostly goes away.)
