    heroes of portland, or

    greetings!

i've just moved to portland as of 2.14.03 and would love to hook up with some foxy ladies, er, i mean, hero gamers, yeah thats what i meant!

it's been a while since i've had the chance to play anything so i'd be happy with any genre and any game (even if it isnt hero, please don't stone me).

i live in northeast portland, right around the 15th and fremont area, tri-met and me own two foots are my preferred method of transportation.

so if anyone out there is looking for an extra eager player or wants to start up a new game entirely, please respond or feel free to email me. thanks!

    sincerely,

    mat

I would suggest visiting Bridgetown Hobbies and Games (Formerly Military Corner) at NE 33rd and Sandy. Good people, and there are places to post "looking for games" and such.

Unfortunately the gaming group I'm in is kinda full.

Actually, you're not too far from a couple of the gamers in the area. I'm over at NE 60th and Halsey. And the other regular GM is near 9th and Broadway, but I'll let him contact you...
Hmm, guess an email is in order...

I happen to be in SE myself, near 82nd and Powell.

Someday I dream of opening my own FLGS.

For now though, if I can somehow figure out how to schedule it, I'd love to sit-in or join a good Hero game.

bummer, i saw the or for oregon and said, cool...then i read that all of you live in portland, that totally bites cuz I live in keizer/salem and have only two feet to travel with...

I don't suppose any of you knows anybody that lives in salem that plays hero do you? What would the liklihood be of someone starting a PBeM game with hero?
d20 is a kindergarten system. HERO is a real system. Now that the truth is out, we can all get along.

    In portland

Although my schedule is kind of strained, I'd be happy to join in any game you find or even GM for you if we can find a place to play.

I live in Downtown Portland now, SW 13th and Alder.
