    Thanks, Steve!

Steve, I was going to post a question on the Rules Q board about building a Force Wall that would not fall as a result of being breached. The intent was a magical field of protection which blocked incoming attacks and, even if one gets through, the field is still there for the next attack.

However, I was looking at Digital Hero for something else, and Ione of your HeroGlyph articles provides the exact mechanic I'm looking for. I won't mention which mechanic, or which issue - but I wanted to post to let you, and anyone else reading, know that $3 per issue (the effective subscription rate) is a bargain - one useful article an issue is worth $3, and there's normally considerably more than that! [Heck, the Heroglyphs alone is often well worth $3 - that issue sure was!]

That $30 is only a bit more than the cost of a Hero book (also great value for the dollar) and brings 640 pages of gaming material - more than half again as big as Fantasy Hero

I'd like to record my thanks for some of the things I have seen in the first few issues of Digital Hero.
The write ups of Josephine Baker, Rodrigo Borgia and Robert Johnson.
    Thanks.

People are strange when you're a Tribble, faces seem ugly when you're alone.

Thanx! Glad you're enjoying DH. Most of the credit goes to "Dashing" Dave Mattingly, who does a great job preparing each issue.

Feel free to mention particular issues if you want, Hugh -- we certainly don't mind the advertising.

Could you at least mention the issue and article name to bring it to the attention of the rest of us? Thanx!

As further encouragement, I should mention that we've posted the Table of Contents for each issue here:

    http://www.herogames.com/digitalHero/

so it's not as if the names of the articles in each issue are any big secret.

    Awright, awright!

I was trying to figure out a way to have a force wall be punctured, but stay up afterwards. Take damage from the attack, but the next shot still needs to get through the Wall.

Issue 11 (I Think - you can check the contents) Heroglyphs covers Trigger, and expands out to Triggers that reset automatically. Not cheap, but that shouldn't be a cheap effect. Trigger your force wall to reset with those adbantages, and you have a Wall that doesn't dissipate when penetrated.
