Licensing -- on the off chance

On the off chance I may reach the point where i can do this, what are the conditions under which the HERO System can be licnesed by third-party companies?

Like I said, it is very unlikely that Seraphim guard would do this unless some sort of Magnum Opus-style arrangement is started by Hero Games itself. And I knwo Steve isn't planning anything of the sort. (or, if he is, he hasn;t told any of us....). But I know of at least one company that has licensed the hero System, and has actually had some success with it.

We're certainly willing to talk to responsible parties about licensing arrangements; our terms are pretty reasonable, methinks. You can contact me directly about it (but please wait at least until next week, since I'm attending a con this weekend).
