Elementals in HSB

When I open the base elemental forms from the HSB pack, the character sheets are incomplete. They consist of nothing more than a couple powers; the stats are at the base level, there are no skills or disadvantages, etc.

Am I loading them wrong? Is there some required use of pre-fabs involved? Or am I just missing something?

Those appear to be errors. I had not looked that closely at the characters after I purchased the pack, but those Elementals should have their skills and such. I could not find how to add them from a Prefab either, so it appears to have just been a mistake.
