GM's Combat record sheet

I've made a minor update to my GM's combat record sheet PDF -- I've added fields for PER rolls for each character for Sight, Hearing, Smell and Others.

The PDF is a single page, weighs in at about 24 kilobytes, and has space for details of five characters. You can get it from http://mojobob.netnet.net.nz/roleplay/herosystem.html -- it's the first entry on the page at the moment.

Usual internet freebie rules apply: if you want to use it for any sort of money-making venture, I want a slice of the pie. (Ha! Like that'll happen ) Otherwise, use it as you will, and enjoy.
