    Login for Online Store

I'm not having any luck with registering a "Login" in order to utilize the Hero Games Online Store. No matter what I use it tells me that the display name is already in use. I tried all sorts of concotions. Any help here? Thanks.

    Two things:

    1. (Most importantly) Make sure that you are changing the right "name" field. There's the usename and the real/display name. Sounds like you've selected a real/display name that is already in the database, but are changing the user name.

    2. If (1) doesn't help, make sure that your browser is actually hitting the page and not just displaying a cached result.

    Thanks Simon.

I tried the refresh. No luck. Maybe I've got to not use my real name? Sneaky.

If someone has already created an account with that name, then you'll need to change it for the registration....use your middle initial or middle name.
