Don't click on it and do a save. That seldom works. The best way to download it is to Right Click and do a Save As. I have never had a download fail while doing it that way.

Sounds like all you did was "purchase" it. After you login to Digital Hero, you'll see two columns: Purchased Issues and Unpurchased Issues. When you click on Digital Hero #8 in the Unpurchased Issues column, all that does is move it over to the Purchased Issues column. You then have to click on it in the Purchased Issues column to actually download it.
