Well....A couple things come to mind off the top of my head:
1. Search for an earlier post by me for a rant on the atrocity that is Netscrape. If you're having problems because of Netscape's inability to follow a simple standard that has been in place by the W3C for years then I'd suggest a better browser.

2. From the sound of things, you may have purchased credits during our transition period between the servers. This is not a major issue, but it may mean that your account wasn't credited at the time that I switched the database around to the new store format. If you can't login, that's a good indication that the this is the problem, as the only accounts that I recreated in the new system were accounts that had credits assigned.
So....what to do?
1. Register with the site. Yes, you're registering again. Just register with the same username that you had before (or change it if you want).
2. Contact Ben (benseeman@herogames.com) and give him your order info. He'll make sure that the credits get entered into the new store database under your account. Make sure you give him the account info you created in (1).
3. Login once Ben credits your account and grab your subscriptions.
Sorry 'bout the difficulties....we're trying to make the transition as smooth as possible, but due to the joys of DNS, it's not as easy as it sounds
