Talents and equipment

I am trying to create a piece of equipment that has a talent bound into it. I've been able to do this with skills, characteristics and powers, but not talents. Is there a way I can get access to talents when building an equipment list?

There is a Talents folder in the list of purchasable "powers" on the equipment tab (and powers tab). This folder contains all the Talents. You can then use them like any other power.

Or am I missing something?

I will look again. The talents folder is what I expected to find, but couldn't. Possibly there is something wrong with my setup. Or maybe it's my neurology and I went looking for the talent instead of the folder and failed to notice the folder. I'll not insult myself by commenting on the likliness of this scenario. Oops. I'll try it again Monday, when I'm back at the machine I've got HD installed on. Thanks RJ.
