Leaping Again

I posted a problem with leaping before. I've found another one! In fact, it's almost exactly the same problem, except now it's worse because it messes up when you BUY leaping with a fractional leaping distance.

Make a new character, buy Str to 13, then try to buy leaping.

Fixed.

Until the next update is released, just type in the value manually rather than using the buttons. It will still act a bit weird (it will change the value down by one), but will allow you to get what you need.
