I used to be not good like you, then I took a thesaurus in the knee.
Just wanted to let folks know that I have posted updated files that now includes equipment.

You sir are a god. That is an amazing template.Originally posted by RPMiller
For those of you using HeroDesigner that may not know I just posted a new Export Template that mimics the published version of character writeups. You can find it here.
If you get a chance to check it out please let me know what you think. I'm planning on doing versions of the other published sheets, ie Vehicle, Computer, Base.

As I said on your previous thread, I'm getting beautiful results here, even from the red-headed stepchild of operating systems.*

He didn't say "Ugly Freakish Stepchild". So, no Amiga.Originally posted by lemming
I thought that was the Amiga?
(my roommate in college had an Amiga)

Amigas kicked a$$ in their day. In the late 1980's, you had this situation...Originally posted by misterdeath

Commodore just had no clue how to market it (they kept wanting to make it another C64, without realizing that serious computer users didn't want a machine to plug into their TV). They were blessed with a great machine, and cursed with a comical lack of ability to market it effectively.

One of my friends was the programmer for Lightwave and other graphics programs for the Amiga. (Now on all sorts of platforms)Originally posted by Derek Hiemforth

Like I said, my college roommate had one. Fortunately, he was a Physics/Comp Sci double major, and did most of his own programming.Originally posted by Derek Hiemforth

I'll agree with the lack of Commodore's marketing.

To get this thread back on track. I have posted a zip file that contains all my templates, and best of all they are pretty much finished. For ease of getting it just follow this link.

My character picture doesn't show up, and I don't think the trackers at the bottom of the last page look right. How are they supposed to appear?
For now the picture has to be a jpeg until I can figure out how it gets converted to a windows metafile.Originally posted by Caped Crusader

The last three runs of charges should be a line of 3's, 4's and 5's. Simulates auto-fire, and whatever you want to do.

The picture is a .jpg file. And I was referring to all of the trackers, not just charges. Are there supposed to be spaces in between the lines (making them boxes)? The vertical lines are practically touching.
Hmm... what version of Word are you using? The image seems to have difficulties on certain versions. I'll have to look into that. For now, you could always just insert the picture yourself. I would be curious to see the actual output that you are getting though.
Yes, the trackers are supposed to be boxes. It may be a font issue for you. I used Unicode characters in the hope that everyone would see the same thing.

I have Word97. I'll try some font experimentation.
