I understand the revolving pics of heroes and villains are scanned out of the various books, especially CKC, but who colors them? And how are they being colored? Photoshop?

The pictures were colored by Nate "Nato" Barnes. I'm not sure what tool he used to do it.

Nate Barnes colored a majority of hte pictures as well as Keith Curtis and Storn Cook (who colored their own artwork). I know that Nate used Photoshop for the art that he colored, but others way have originally been in color.

They are colored (or coloured) out of the goodness of Nate's, Keith's and Storn's respective hearts. They do it on their own time - so, we gladly take what they send us.
