Idea to sell more Super Hero Character Templates.

    Hey there Steve, and/or Ben,

Since you have the images to the left scrolling all the time, why not mix in a couple of the Templates?

I don't think anyone could "steal" them, especially if they were in the current "cut off at the knees" format, and I think it would generate some "buzz" among the people on the boards who don't know the Templates exist!

Plus, they would look cool, in all their grayscale glory.

No doubt, from time to time, someone new would say:
"Where did that 'Invisible Man' picture come from?"
And someone on the boards would get a legitimate chance to plug the Templates.

I just think they are a great product that not enough people know about, especially newcomers to the Hero System.

Adding a "sample" to the picture parade would help get the word out.

    Just a suggestion,

    KA.

    Wow!

I have had some good ideas before,
but I have never had one so brilliant
that it brought over 60 people to a stunned silence!

How about a little shout-out here guys?

Even a "That's stupid!" or "You stink!" or "What the heck are you babbling about?"

(I rest assured that someone will provide at least one of the above.)

I know you're out there, I can hear you breathing.

    This space intentionly left blank.

It's OK with me, but I'm not part of the company.

You do stink, KA -- but it's nothing a little industrial-strength Comet won't cure.

Seriously, I think it's a darn good idea, for exactly the reasons you cite.

    Thanks for the support Bob!
Actually, I usually smell just fine.
But if I were some kind of Metamorpho-type, and I had to smell like chemicals, I would smell like Comet.
It has one of my favorite "Chemical" smells.

And, thanks for the support on the idea.

    lemming,
I thought you were a new "silent partner".
Darn scuttlebutt, can't trust any of it.

    Ben,
    Thanks!
I don't see how it could hurt.
I keep seeing posts from people who say: "I can't draw."
I hate to think of them looking around for something to use, when you guys have perfectly good templates for sale.
Back in the good old boxed-set days of Champions, coloring in the figure on my character sheet was always one of my favorite parts of the process.

Sidebar has a cast of ~45 images that roate. You can turn this off in the forums, but still see them on the other pages of herogames

Well, See! It generated at least one "buzz" already.
Yep, I was talking about the images that are in the sidebar to the left. You may have them turned off, but many people see them.
The Templates are in the Online Store. They are 3-D looking drawings in a PDF format that you can buy. You can color them to create character pictures if you are like me and can't draw worth a crap.

Right, I knew that. I just had no idea that there were templates for sale or download.
