Font Search

I'm looking for a font named Legend. Using Google to find it has been an excercise in futility because the word Legend is used just about everywhere.

Anyone have any suggestions about where I can find this font without wading through millions of web pages and pop-ups?

That last one tends to link to sites that look similar.
I took a quick look and didn't find a font named Legend, but I'll take another gander.

Perhaps this? Legende

It's close. The I isn't quite right when compared.

Yeah, that is pretty close, but the I is off... and that's kind of an important letter for my usage.

Plus it's $40...

I have a font on my computer called "Arabian" that looks identical to the sample you linked, except for the capital H. It was a font that EITHER came with Adobe Acrobat 5.1, or was a free download from... somewhere.

I don't have my type sample books with me but I think "Ondine" is close too.

"Formal Script 421" and "Mermaid" also show up as related to Ondine in web searches.

I used something like this myself when trying to replicate some of the xD&D Al-Qadim stuff several years ago. Not sure which one it was though as my memory ain't so hot these days.

Anyway, I Hope that that helps...
