Fuel Charges?

I recently upgraded to Herodesigner 1.48 and I can't seem to find the option for Fuel and Continuing Charges in the limitations menu?

Both of those are available as "adders" on the Charges Limitation.

They are only available/shown if you are applying Charges to a Constant Power (Continuing is not valid on an Instant Power and Fuel is only valid for Continuing Charges).
